Rape and parole break I don't have any documents with me at the moment and my appeal was denied the day of my sentencing I did apply again but no respond , I was unfairly treated because I was never considered by the court of law , sentenced unlawfully without concrete evidence no DNA and no witnesses and my legal representative never argued or cross questioned the complainant it is one sided. The wife left my house in February after Marriage that took place in December . No contact since then. I saw her on WhatsApp whilst tracing. She refused to provide current address. I consulted with court and prepared summons and handed them to Legal aid lawyer 3 years back. Legal aid tried to call her and she was rude refusing gto issue address where summons can be delivered. A private investigator was appointed and provided last known address. Summons handed to Alberton sheriff. Sheriff tried 6 times to serve gates were always locked. Only on 1st attempt he found a small girl and thereafter gates were always locked. I requested the Legal aid attorney to proceed to court but he has a lot of excuses for 3 years now.I. his last email he tried to convince me to allow him to withdraw the case and I start afresh with the Legal aid in Pretoria. I refused because he delayed for 3years and the case was filed in Bushbuckridge,Mhala court. I realized that he has wasted my time now he wants me to start afresh.
I have been targeted by a vindictive manager and was straight dismissed from work for alleged poor performance. No counselling, warnings, or opportunity to improve were given, and no progressive discipline was followed. Staff available were halved , the targets set were unreasonable compared to available resources, as I am an Optometrist and have no control over amount of patients coming into the practice, and the charges against me were false. I believe the dismissal was both procedurally and substantively unfair, and I am seeking advice on pursuing compensation through the CCMA.

I was employed by Blacktrotters Afrika as Group Commercial Manager until 1 August . The dispute relates to the non-payment of monies owing in terms of my employment. The employer has failed to pay the following amounts, despite multiple written requests and submission of supporting documentation: Reimbursement for personally covering accommodation, transport, and emergency expenses for both hosts during a Europe work trip. Supporting spreadsheet has been provided on several occasions. Award money of R30, from December , which was announced and confirmed but remains unpaid. Leave pay for accumulated and unused leave days. I sent the first formal written request on 27 July , the second one was sent on the 06th August and the most recent being 13 August . for confirmation of payment by 15 August . None of these were responded to. I went to the CCMA but was told that, unfortunately, I need to go directly to the labour court because of my earnings threshold.

The delay is having a significant impact on our lives, and I'm finding it increasingly difficult to tolerate. Furthermore, I've been in contact with the court consultant, who denies any backlog in divorce dates. However, given the prolonged delay, I find this hard to believe. Unfortunately, due to the lack of progress and communication from your office, I'm left with no choice but to consider reporting this matter to the legal board. I'm hoping we can resolve this amicably, but I need to see immediate action. I expect a detailed update on the status of my case and a plan to move forward.
