We would like to build entrance stairs at the gate of our yard, possibly we might need to adjust the palisade gate entrance both for people and car entrance. This is a creche and play ground fenced by palisade but the entry gate seem to have illegal electric wires passing through which then could be a danger for everyone entering the premises especially children.
