My husband was requested to come to police station on wednesday they detained him he appeared on thursday 24th july and was sent to polsmor fir 7 days for bail application. My dad who made this case would like to withdraw it and have of possible an order to grant him to book into a rehab facility the rehab is aware and waiting on his arrival

My son has been falsely accused of domestic violence. I have all messages and videos. And they bullying me and blackmailing me, the mother with messages. They arrested my son yesterday while visiting his little boy. She went and lay a charge against him just before he got there. It was his birthday and him and his little one were sitting playing with baloons my son took to his little one,the wife went to the front and called the cops to say she is scared of him. He has a good reputation, I have documented everything,and need a good lawyer to prove the false allegations.
Yes that I didn't not commit the case and that was revealed after I was found guilty and being sentenced. I already did leave to appeal for sentencing and judgement and both were granted by the high court but I was sentenced by regional court. I already have a appeal Case number what is left to be done now is to file heads of argument and get the date for hearing or seating I have an attorney but he doesn't attend to my matter he's dragging it hopefully I would get help I got an order last year 14 May till now my head's of argument are not prepared. My husband's Business failed. Customers need to be refunded and they have opened cases. My husband is arrested and first court case postponed and no bail was offered if i am explaining this correctly. What steps can be taken in order to make arrangements for paying them back monthly. He has a job and currently not attending due to being held custody at trials.
Rape and parole break I don't have any documents with me at the moment and my appeal was denied the day of my sentencing I did apply again but no respond , I was unfairly treated because I was never considered by the court of law , sentenced unlawfully without concrete evidence no DNA and no witnesses and my legal representative never argued or cross questioned the complainant it is one sided. I was a harshly sentenced without any evidence if you can help, I will be glad plz consider my request.
None of the above, however someone has issued a protection order against my mom and other family members as well as acquaintances. My mom and the rest have also opened up an protection order on this woman. She keeps on going on he said, she said rumors and then both her and her husband harasses them and then runs to the cops and plays the victim after shes breached both theirs and her protection orders. They have all been to court 3 times and every single time she either needs a translator or she says she wants a lawyer, there was even a time out of those three that she didnt even pitch for court. She went to the cops tonight on false accusations and they have now detained my mom as well as another two people who she is having beef with. This has literally drained the life out of us as a family and we really need to come up with a solution and get legal advice as to how to go about this. This matter started with a mob attack the 4 months later handed myself over to police again, was made to sign papers and take fingerprints and told im going to court no information of having to get legal representation or anything then i was subsequently told after hours in a magistrates holding cell thaf i wont be appearing instead to wait for a call, its been over a year now wait and i am unemployed i dont have to state the destitution i am currently under.
