We have damp coming through the concrete floor, and have been advised that the main problem is that the paving around the house is directing rain water towards the house rather than away from it. We would therefore need to reset the paving and possibly consider other aspects of drainage For your urgent consideration.
We are a logistics company that just purchased a warehouse and we are looking to turn this warehouse into a truck yard. There is some areas and paving on the premises that needs to be patched up and we also need some removal of rubble and need to just clean the place up a bit. Hi, I would like the verge around my property paved if within budget. Im keen on cobblestone pavers, but open to a more budget friendly option. It's hard to keep people from parking on this area, but if they do it's needs to be able to withstand a car. I would like little maintenance on this paving. Currently there is lawn, so in the long run would paving save me money than maintaining a lawn.

Good day, You once came to repair, service and move the outside aircon unit at my place. However, the challenges continue with water still being discharged in the house and not outside. I would therefore like to remove this aircon, specifically the outside unit until I have decided on whether I put in a new once or a used unit. Regards
