Office building. Currently a 16 kva generator provide enough power for the operation. No geyser or stove in use. The full office is only running during daytime. The following is in use : 7 x 12 btu airconditioners, 4 deskprinters, 2 commercial printers, 2 freezers, 1 kettle, meter security fence, ADT alarm system, 28 energy saving ceiling lights, 3 day/night outside lights. I’m not sure how to explain it, but I want to renovate my grandmother’s house. It was originally a four-room township house and was extended in . My goal is to improve its functionality and flow by making the kitchen and lounge open plan, fixing the roof, and demolishing the en-suite in the main bedroom. The hallway layout doesn’t make sense, so I’d like to rework it, as well as completely redo the main bathroom. Additionally, I need to address structural issues like the leaking roof, flatten the plaster for a smoother finish, install a stacking door in the lounge, and add a new window in the main bedroom. I also want to replace all windows and doors—both inside and outside—to give the house a cleaner, more modern look. Overall, I just want to make the house neater, more practical, and improve its overall flow.
There is a water leak in my shower. I've called out guys who specialize in water leak detection and they've determined that some of the grouting between the wall tiles in the shower is the cause of the leak. The job is to remove some of the wall tile grouting where required and to re-grout with a proper water-proof grout with matching color of the existing grout. (refer attached picture, the green color is an example of where the grout needs to be replaced)

I have two cars parked (next to each other) under a shadecloth, which, as it turns out, was a complete waste of time. I would like to have the roof of the carport in line with, as far as possible, the top block of the vibracrete wall so as to ensure as little sun as possible gets in. The issue I have is the carport gets the south easter from the south east and gets the northwest as well. My concern would be the wind blowing the roof off if it got blocked into a wind tunnel of sorts.

I paid lobola of R last year July they her side of the family, did a lobola celebration according to their tswane tradition and my 2 reletives were there. We have not yet went to home affairs to register yet...thank god but I am working in Witbank and she is staying with her mother in Johannesburg also studying....I proposed that she stops school for now n come and stay with me in Witbank as undeliverably so, so she refused and she says she won't do that, she doesn't want kids and says she is not ready for kids. I am paying her school fees since last year may if m not mistaken untill now but she can't come and be a wife to me.
