I have 3 water connection lines ( Washing machine, Fridge and Dish washer) the one is not supplying water and the main supply seems to have a leak.

I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, however, there is a faul sewerage smell coming from our toilet and shower and basin. If we flush the toilet, the shower makes noises. The municipality came out, its not a manhole issue, they say the issue comes from inside the home.
