Good day. I want to buy a house using flisp subsidy. The seller are still thinking about the offer. She wants R, for the house but I only qualify for R, I can maybe put an extra R20, but then I dont have money to pay the conveyancers for the paper work and deeds offices. Agent presented an OTP, did not explain any of the clauses in the contract besides saying it’s for banks approval for the bond and a legal binding document and nothing else. She gave us 46 pages, showed us where to sign in less than 30 minutes we than left. We were first home buyers, based on this property and unknown costs, we advised them that we can’t proceed than they pull the OTP that clauses we were not even aware of. Agent invited us to the property for signing stated that it’s a lot of pages and she has printed out all the documents. Now we were advised to reconsider or we are now liable to pay R99 .
We require help in regards to additions made to properties in a sectional title complex. most properties have had some sort of an additions made to the property where is is adding a roof, or building closed a braai area. These addition where done without approval or plans submitted to the municipality however it is not even know when these additions where made as many of the properties where bought with the addition in place already.
