I am 62 entitled to take early retirement; was handed retrenchment document reason reduction of staff, no figures on original document only formulation; I do not have the original retrenchment document in my possession, follow up Interview I opted for early retirement [ acknowledgment was via email ] not knowing UIF is not applicable; only found out when asking HR, employer was notified before 24hrs via a message to hold back on said decision; was told certain information was forwarded already ; no idea what it was at that point in time and I did not ask the employer; I found out that my medical aid was notified that I am going on retirement; It was said on the 15th [employer] but was sent on the 18th , I approached the employer again to revert back to the initial reason for staff reduction, only to be told termination of contract will allow UIF contribution and realized that the retrenchment package has been lost, UI19 document states my number of years employed which is not correct but a reason was given by the current employer who has taken over the business; on UI19 document states number 5 = termination of employment; I have not completed or signed any documents yet, the way I see this if is if were to hand in the UI19 form and is found out that I opted for early retirement and the UI19 form states termination of employment can cause legality against me; something was mentioned of backdating a document; I started in ; my question is: do I have a valid legal case against the employer ? Kindly advise please ; Thank you.

I was a victim of ongoing discrimination and victimization since which eventually lead me being forced out of my current job in and into a promotion I didn't ask for with no salary increase by the company, just to protect my discriminator. They then said I asked an employee to amend her statement regarding my search just to make the allegation stick by manufacturing a written statement with both the investigators and witnesses handwriting, with the incorrect date. They didn't present the original pdf typed statement sent on whatsapp but instead submitted the handwritten one claiming that was the original. I have solid indisputable proof. Destroyed my impeccable service, trackrecord and reputation after 18+ years of solid service. They used an investigator who I found guilty of uniform fraud years ago. She reminded me of this and told me she would make it as awkward for me as it was for her. She got her close colleague to Chair. I objected, they refused to change him. I have specific evidence showing each time he was bias and procedurally unfair toward me. There's too many attachments, too much evidence to attach

I was recently hired at a security company as a control room operator for the night shift and after having worked 8 x 14Hours night shifts in a row on my own and after only having 1 day of training before the boss had me working alone, there was never any mention of any problems relating to my work performance but then in the 3 days that i was after my 8 night shifts in a row, they hired some one else in to take my place and then the day before i was to start my next shift again i was contacted by the office and told that the boss said that i must not come into work the weekend ,as originally planned but that the boss would like to see on the following monday to talk to me about something. I was made to not only take a drug test infront of all of my other colleagues but then when i tested Positive for morphine which i have a script from the doctor for using, the boss further degrading and demeaning me infront of the entire office staff saying how she knew that i was drug abuser and how can i even still be at the office, i should be ashamed and then even tho i had my doctor send her an email directly with all information pertaining to my medications she contacted her labour lawyer and then first called me to to have me sign a new one month only Contract and ripping up the original 3 month contract that i was given les than 2 weeks prior and then after basically all ready terminating my services at the end off this now based on this completely horrid and unfounded attack on me and my character she also had took photos of the drug test that she made me take this morning with positive result for morphine use and printed it out in full a colour and to fit the entire A4 page to be attached to my final written warning about doing doing drugs or being on drugs while at work and then had the all of my colleagues sign this warning and full coulour print outs of the drug test as witnesses ... Please help
