Constant de Wit is really a total disappointment. Three weeks ago he came to the Plot in Rustenburg to offer his services to repair and fix the big old house. The owner was impressed with his stories and was prepared to make use of his services. His quote for repairs and paint of the house amounted to R 23790. 50 % R 11895 was paid to him on 28/7/2023. Next quote for Electrical maintenance amounted to R 31140, 50 % R 15570 was paid to him on 1 August as per his terms. He promised to finish by last week Friday and then moved the date to End of August. He was there for one day and started painting then the problems and promises started. He promised to start by 28/8 Have not seen him yet. No work done
