I want to convert garage and back room to a small 2 bedroom apartment. Original plan attached. I also want a new roof and ceiling for this building to be installed as the current roof will be removed. Building currently does not have a ceiling. I will be using the current footprint however the existing toilet has to be moved from where it currently is to more or less where the garage is, right next to staff quarters shown on original plan. I need someone to finish my bathroom, I've had a builder whom I've paid a lot of money to who didn't finish the job and is absolutely useless. There are issues with bathrooms that I have the main bathroom is unfinished and it's literally a building site. He did really bad tiling and there are a number of issues that need resolving.
