Toilet is not flushing properly. It only flushes when I open the clean out pipe and let the air out. The last few days even that is not helping to make it flush and the drain fills up. Solids take forever to flush down. Water level in toilet drops and it makes a glugging sound that goes on until I open the clean out pipe.

There is no set monthly business income (supply and delivery RFQ dependent), business is as and when necessary. No employees, No assets (except personal car used for delivery), No stock kept.
