How much does it cost to repair a fence in South Africa?

I require the supply/installation of galvanized, stainless steel - razor spiked palisade fencing for the front of my property, will serve as a boundary wall (I estimate the length of the fence to be 35m). I will also require a sliding gate that will open/close in my drive way that leads into my double garage.
I need an architect for building a church building. We are planning on buying a property and need the architect to assist with the feasibility report for the property. They will need to work hand in hand with other engineers etc that we have also appointed in order to assess this property before purchase. Once that has been resolved, we will then need the architect to assist with the design and submitting of the plans to council. We basically need someone to fully project manage this project as well.

I have an exiting plan that has expired. The updates/addition for the plan, is to add a bedroom and bathroom, which will extend out into the backyard and add a spiral staircase, that leads to the second floor. The house, has two levels and would essentially close off the top section from the bottom section, hence the additional staircase, but space is quite limited, do figured spiral staircase would work best.
On the other side is a brick wall with that will join with the fence. The wall is 10mX1,8m. I want razor wire on top of the wall, the fence and the pedestrian gate. This is an enclosure at a church and a créche where the restrooms are. This was vandalized lately. We need to secure the area before we can repair the facilities. it is a mission site in Tswelelang and we would appreciate a discount or donation. We require the current palisade fence to be cut to allow a gate to be inserted - new support posts cemented in and the gate needs to be manufactured to the size of the opening (Approx. mm) electric fence must be re-fitted following the profile of the gate. Heavy duty hinges and sliding latch to be used with a tamper proof piece of metal welded on the outside covering the latch area
I would like to modernize and furnish a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in Sea Point for personal use and potential short-term rental when I am not in Cape Town. My taste/style skews modern, minimalist (I will provide photos of other houses/apartments). I will need to completely furnish the apartment and am looking for layout, design ideas, and interior styling/decorating ideas. This has been a 23 years project build. And now is the time to call the professionals. I ideally want to make the house more practical and natural light positive. It must be modern and feel homey at the same time. High sealings with exposed beams, lots of sunlight must expose the beautiful interior design.
