Protection order against mother and brother in law , very abusive, fake case numbers posted social media.Death thread infront of my kids , ,numerous attempts by mother in law run off with 1 of my daughters. . Year. . After extreme abuse (husband) he was arrested October . Currently out on bail Result of reporting his abuse and drug abuse my inlaws came after me again . 1. Children court 2 days after that application for protection order against me by brother in law then received another application for protection order against me by my husband (withdrawn) I have overwhelming evidence against all above mentioned. Court date 20 March . Show cause I'm refusing to accept his application protection order. As all grounds are false, their actions, intimidation, emotional abuse, even stated on previous appearance im committing extraution and has proof. Magistrate asked if he does have proof he stated yes she advised him to open a case ... he clearly said right after appearance . No case I enquiried 4 times at my investigation officer. This people are slowly Draining me from all I have . I need representation on 20 March budget small just to show evidence proof the fact that I'm not at fault all can be proven
Is the second time my brother is in prison for domestic violence the first time het get 2 years outside but the 2years is not finish so he and his wife was fighting again and she when to the police and open a case again so now he is in jail but he was the only one working for my mom and his kids now there is no income for my mom and his kids
I am looking at having something for privacy and will need it built/installed on top of current barrier wall to heighten the barrier between neighbours as the current standard wall does not provide privacy.. Hi. We would like to have an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, with a build in braai and space for a pooltable. It would be nice if the kitchen can have an island with a gashob. There should be a pantry, scullery, 4 garages, 4 rooms and at least 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom must be en-suite for the main bedroom. My sons father urged me to sell my last year, and then take over the payments on the extra car that he does not use. He then said that i can take over the car and the payments and whrn the car os paid up I can put the car on my name. Things arent working out. Too much emotional abusr amd control. I decided to move out and he then immedialtely shouted that i will not take the carm i have been paying the instalment on the car for almost 7 months. He is now leaving me without a car and no transport to get my son to school and back when he is with me. He says he does not care how my son gets to school when he is with me, all because I am moving out. Calling me names and accusing me of harsh things. He also goes to northern cape one week every month then I would stay with the kids. My son and stepdaughter, and take them to school and fetch them for thst week. So he said i dont have to worry about his daughter (17). She can stay hom by herself that week and he will organise transport for her, but i must make plan with transport for my son as he doesnt care how i het fmy son to school since he will be taking the car back. What can I do
Our has a thatch roof, not sure what the problem is, we find, looks like tiny eggs, cream in color lying on the floor in a certain area inside the church. Would like someone to come and investigate and give us an idea how it should be treated and give quote. There is no ceiling so it is falling from the thatch at the highest point.
