This is for a draft man, but not registered to submit at council. I have done a design of flats that i want to build on a existing erf with a existing building (so basically a garden cottage). I need the drawings to be checked and changed according to standards and to submit the plans for approval at the local authorities and possibly apply of building line relaxation.

Using the cheapest building methods I would like to build this "shack". I love modern and interesting buildings. The furnishings inside will be my own old weathered furniture.
