How much does an architect cost in South Africa?
The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) publishes "standard rates" based on a price per square meter when using a building cost of R12 500 per m².
We looking to build student accommodation next to Turf campus. Appropriate amount of units (absolute minimum size)which can fit two opposite single beds with small shower and toilet per unit.
Change entire kitchen. New furnishings for living room and bedrooms. Change floors in entire apartment.
2 bedroom with a lounge and a kitchen + bathroom granny flat. At the back of yard to be build.
I recently bought new land. 4 bedrooms, living room, open plan kitchen & lounge, study, double garage. Double storey with a swimming pool. Best time to call me is after 15:00 pm
The house is a 4 bedroom house, the sitting room has a bigger space than the dining room. One en-suite and one bathroom. I expect the place to look very modern and still have that homely feel
