How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
Conducting Home Renovation Project for a 2 BR, 2.5 bath maisonette apartment. Looking for experienced builder to assist with: 1) Preparation for Demo 2) Renovation compliance and inspections 3) Demolition work 4) Stairwell renovation Please note that I am managing this project so I will not need full service contracting work. Other professionals have been aligned for custom fittings, design work etc. Hoping to begin work as early as the week of April 17th. We bought a house, never knew that the flatlet was not on the building plans. So we looking around for someone just to change the garage to the existing flatlet. So needing prices, we got asked R just to change garage to flatlet. Which I feel is really a rip off. I do understand things cost money but not at that price.

I had a corner bath but got someone to take out the bath and make it a shower, but now my wall is rotting all around the shower so I need everything taken out and I need a built in corner bath again. I am also thinking of retiling the whole bathroom, because of the walls rotting around the shower area.
