Double storey with 4 bedroom house
Paving was removed to remove tree roots, bricks are here but no sand
I need rust repair and painting of roof - approx m2. We are moving out of the home soon and just looking to fix and repair what needs to be repaired and tidy things up before we move out.
We are going to be moving out of our home shortly. There is some rust on the roof that will be repaired, the roof then needs a good coat of paint to seal it.
I have paving installed. There is a crack in the foundation and need to rectify it so the paving would have to be taken out, the crack repaired and the paving installed again. I would like for the company to please supply the materials

I currently have tiling and want vinyl flooring installed instead. I need advise on whether we should take out the tiling or whether we can put the vinyl flooring on top of the tiles.
