I have paid 60% for deposit of the total qouted amount for work to commence, to date (5/6 weeks later) no work has commenced
They offered us pretty good service and were quite diligent in assisting me, however, the waterproofing solution that they offered me did not actually end up solving the issue as it was still leaking. I ended up discussing with other companies and they offered a completely different solution. I cannot complain about them but as for the service, it did not end up working for me.
Sadly, despite the guy talking very well, he did not know what he was doing. It was a constant battle to get him to perform what he quoted for and then afterwards he wanted more money than what he quoted for. The job was poorly done. At the end of the job, which was replacing and repairing components of a sewer system, he told me he was really a roofing guy and not a plumber. So restoring the paving after the job was finally completed three weeks after the one week he allowed for the job, which was also very poorly done.

I am unable to take calls but I am reachable on email and Whatsapp. I have rooms in my area which need to be reconstructed. They are in poor condition now but I want to improve them by increasing their size, including a bathroom, sink, giza, good ceiling and tiles. I want to know the possible cost and then gather the amount. The only limit might be sizing, the size of the yard might not allow increasing of the size.
