Good day We are considering building on our garage (bedroom and bathroom) - checking the requirements of the existing structure regarding load capacity, potentially reinforcing foundations/walls and getting municipal building plans approved. Or any other requirements that I might not know of. Currently, we'd like to know what the costs will be for the plans (if the foundation would allow the building of a second storey) as well as the projected costs for the project.
HI. My name is Jasveer. I am in the process of purchasing an existing laundromat business for R, and need advice on the VAT implications. I am buying the assets of the business. My own company is registered but has not traded yet and is not currently VAT registered. My key questions are: Should I register for VAT before completing this purchase? Can this sale qualify as a "transfer of a going concern" (TOGC) to avoid a VAT charge on the purchase price? What is the best process and timing for registration to optimize cash flow and compliance? I have a draft Purchase Agreement and can share the business's recent financials. Please let me know your availability for a brief consultation and what information you need from me.

In essence of my legal presentative it's imperative to know that the suspect who televised the court aspect which is in the process of finalizing the details affecting the same suspect and that cause harm to the process in question by the court, Seldomly I would like to require a legal presentative to attach the video clip to its evidence for varification, It will be in the interest of Justice to bring this matter to finality, There is no reason for her to deny the facts in court....I appreciate your time and consideration.

I received a legal letter from my previous employer who is a dealer for Telkom, after 6 months since resigning, alleging breach of a restraint of trade and unlawful competition. I am now an external sales agent working for another dealer for Telkom, and they have requested a formal legal opinion letter from a legal representative after reviewing the documents sent by my previous employer to confirm my position regarding the alleged restraint of trade and my right to continue working. Kindest regards,

The house has been bought in . We added a swimmingpool and Lapa. We also have a Carport and converted the garage into an office to work from home. Unfortunately we spent all our time on settling into working from home. We don't have plans on the carport or Lapa. The grass needs redoing on the Lapa roof. The facias need redoing and there are some issues with damp and cracking as a result of Dolomite and humidity. I did recently (in December) need to rewire the carport as there were open wires and the power in the office and kitchen kept tripping. I also replaced an old Vaal toilet and there is still two others that need attention. The kitchen is still 's with wood veneer and oak cupboard doors. Unfortunately the granite on the countertop which we replaced the old melamine counter top with. cracked from the wall to the end of the countertop. Tiles in the passage also cracked horizontally across the passage due to the dolomite. The house needs a repaint (painted in ) and the damp treated. The roof is leaking in the kitchen and office area. The putty is cracking on to East facing windows and on the west facing windows. We have Solar but its not ours it is rented from GoSolr at R per month, but the contract can be resigned with any new owner. It has brought down the electricity bill. The paving around the swimming pool is cracked due to dolomite. According to the Property Law I am compelled to mention these issues in writing. I have rewired the carport and replaced one of the three toilets which cost me R (I have the receipts). I replaced the rotten wood garage doors for R with steel (I have these receipts as well). The built in cupboards just need new fittings to close properly. Apart from these issues, it is a nice family size house with 3 good size bedrooms and two bathrooms. Built in about the early 's. Unfortunately my husband passed in December and the Estate also needs a valuation, but I would like to sell in about 6 months time when the Estate is settled. I would appreciate the valuations as soon as possible to get the Estate settled so that I can sell. I intend to move to Cape Town where I am sure I will be happy.

This is for a 3 bedroom, double garage, 2 baths and open plan kitchen, lounge & dining with a patio. I need a contractor that can help me with the conception of this plan.
