Good morning Sir/Madam. I have 4 matters. 1. Banks Ombudsman doesn't want to release my money. On the year I was scammed R in my TymeBank account. SAPS completed their investigation in December, they issued a letter that says I was not involved in stilling my money and they have identified the culprit. He is already in jail serving. But the Ombudsman says it is not evidence enough I should still prove myself I didn't still my money. 2.On the year hired a company to develop a software and a website for me.The company deployed a software that is not functioning,I opened a case at Lyttleton SAPS. The IO never worked on my case it was closed. I escalated to SAPS National and Province Offices.The province office appointed a Colonel to over see my case and reopened the case. But the Colonel didn't work still enough, because the only thing she did is appoint a new IO to work on my case and a Colonel in Lyttleton SAPS to over see my case. The new IO worked on my case and it was sent for decision making at Reginal Court.l was surprised that the previous IO is still interfering in my case. Both Colonels never said anything when I reported to them that I have found out that the previous IO is still interfering in my case. The regional Court said I don't have a case against the company. I therefore escalated to DPP July they acknowledged. DPP only responded July to ask for details that is after I have sent too many follow up emails. I resent DPP my complain and statement. When I went to Lyttleton SAPS, ✓I found out that DPP never requested my docket from Lyttleton SAPS for full year I submitted my complain to them. ✓The new IO resigned from SAPS long ago. ✓The Colonel was overseeing my case in Lyttleton SAPS went on pension. ✓The Colonel was appointed by SAPS Provincial Office to overseeing my case,was promoted now a Brigade and she has moved to Potchepstroom.She said she can't work on my case anymore. My concern is that, ✓there was never a notification of all the changes. ✓no hand over my case is abandoned. ✓all this people their lives has progressed and mine is standstill. 3. December I was arrested by to Investigation Officers in Soshanguve, while we ware going to the police station they said I can give them R they will release me, I gave them R I was released. While we were talking I recorded our conversation. I reported the matter to Anti corruption unit and they are busy with it. What leaded to my arrest was that I throw out my then tenant's staff out of my rental room after he wasn't paying on time and disrespected me. I have tried to reported the tenant to the police and court for 3 days with no action but he reported me only ones they arrested me.

I was dismissed for smoking dagga whilst not on duty ina nush and without any proof of intoxication or prejudice caused to the employer. I was subjected to a disciplinary hearing and the results where withheld from me deliberately. My manager dismissed me citing the outcome of the hearing as the basis for dismissal which turned out to be a lie. I need help because the employer has a bond over my house as a result of their unilateral actions. As a consumer i now have been prejudiced by this action as I can no longer afford the bond. I don't want custody of my grand daughter who I have cared for basically the past 5yrs. Last 2-1/2 yrs appointed as her safe parent by the court. I was asked by social worker if I was willing to be her primary caregiver but declined as her parents would not need to pay anything toward her upbringing so I declined. On 4Sept she was placed in her mother's care as primary parent. Both parents would prefer me out my granddaughters life even though mom had told me that she won't keep my granddaughter away from me. When disputing the rulings of final court order the biological mom voiced to me that I have nothing to do with my granddaughter anymore as she and my son from whom she is estranged are my granddaughters parents. Was accused of something i didnt do, transferred to another facility, pending an investigation that should have lasted 60 days but dragged for about 3 years Trying- only for them to write me a letter saying they are withdrawing their accusations This letter was not even sent to me but to the union representing me. With no reasons attached. Good day. Hope you well. On the 18th of July someone at our house accedntly left the gate slightly open and there was a 19year old boy that can't talk walking with a dog and the dog tormented our dog and she ran out and fought with the dog. I tryed everything in my power to let the dogs loose. The boy the put his hand in one of the dogs mouths and in the interim he got bitten on his left hand.
