Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable Service This contractor's behavior was completely unacceptable and cost me significant time and inconvenience. After accepting his quote for window frame replacement, I arranged my schedule around his availability, including taking time off work. First Appointment - Complete Lack of Communication: He claimed to be "on his way from Seapoint" at midday but was allegedly "stuck in traffic" until 4pm - a 4-hour delay with zero communication for nearly three hours. No professional contractor gets stuck in traffic for four hours without providing updates to their client. Second Appointment - Total No-Show: We rescheduled for Saturday at 8am. He simply didn't show up. My messages weren't even read (showing only one tick). When I finally reached him, his excuse was that he "overslept" - absolutely inexcusable for someone running a business
