Please take note that the complex has a strict standard that needs to be adhered to so the roof need's to look like the neighbours roof to keep the same standard throughout the complex. It is for a louvre (open / close) flat porch roof attached to the front of my house.
Have some leaks in places and looking to have them repaired.
I live in an apartment on the second floor, which is the top floor with a concrete roof and also cracks in the bathroom wall that the rain comes right through.
