How to prepare your house for interior painting

1. Roof currently Asbestos, which needs to be removed. 2. Knotty pine ceiling to be removed 2. Rafters to be replaced with new 3. Tiles to be installed 4. New facia boards to be install with new gutters and down pipes (4 off) 4. New celling installation 5. Roof to be painted including the new facia boards
We have a rumbling sound from what we think is air in water pipes in the ceiling that occurs regularly. This has been an ongoing problem for approximately two months. We have had four plumber call outs (two plumbers). Bathroom tap washers and toilet rubbers have been replaced. Pipes in the roof have been secured. Finally, a ' Hammer Arrestor to the Cold Tap' has been installed. All to no effect. There doesn’t seem to be a solution. The rumbling even sometimes occurs in the middle of the night. Our geyser is on the front wall of the garage. About two months ago we had the geyser moved to a side wall in the garage as we were advised that it was to close to the electricity board and an inverter we had installed. I am not sure whether this could be the problem.
There are masonite ceiling boards beneath the roof overhang around the outside of house. The brandering and supports for theses boards is old / rotten / missing and the boards are starting to come loose They need to be reattached and the edges sealed with silicon please. I am happy to Whatsapp pictures of the temporary repairs that I have done if this will help.
6 seven meter metal sheets. The rain has completely ruined my roof and I need 6 metal sheets of 7 meters in size each. I only need the supply and I am willing to collect the materials myself as well. Please get back to me asap as there is a lot of rain coming soon and I need to get this sorted urgently.
I am considering purchasing a dilapidated house and renovating it. I think it needs the slate roof replaced entirely (roof trusses as well). The tiling area (not floor area) is approximately m2. Fourteen living units in the complex, with more or less 3 rooms each. Five big windows per unit. Some safety grids and two small doors outside also need to be painted, 4-5 smaller windows (0.5 m per window) as well. We want to remove all the old paint as it has cracked severely. Some windows have cracks in as well that need to be filled in the process.

I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. I am in Brandwoodpark in Kuilsrivier my house roof is leaking in its asbestos roof that is beyond repair so the roof needs to be replaced the roof is +-m2 I need quotes to replace the roof with ibr roof sheets the whole structure of the roof needs replacing even the facia boards I need the quote to make informed decisions about the finances needed to have it replaced.
Our roof has been leaking for the past 11 years. The insurance has fixed it, we have tried fixing it and it is still leaking. We will need to replace the roof completely. We will need some advice with regards to what material to use for the roof. We are planning on getting solar panels installed in future so the roofing material used need to be able to hold solar panels.
