We are experiencing water leaks during rainy days. and when we inspected the roof, the drain area was block with debris and the insulation seems to have lifted (as depicted in the attached photograph), which seems to be the reason for the leak. We appreciate if you could also assess the rest of the roof (near drainage pipes). Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
We have a roof that was not build correctly which is caving in and leaking during heavy rains. We would appreciate a complete overhaul of the roof by reusing the current tiles on the roof and added anything else that might be needed to do a proper job. Please see attached the pictures of the outside roof. The floor area is approximately square metres.
Some places on my roof leaks when raining. One of my bathrooms has a flat roof and there is no exit from the ceiling. The bathroom has old ceiling board which is cracking and starting to show more leaks. Also leaking through the vent above the shower. When raining the entire ceiling gets wet and the floor. Some other parts of my house too. Also in my daughter's room with wooden floors. Also leaking directly above a light switch which makes the power trip.
Need advice on a tight budget. Roughly m² of thatch roof in bad condition recently bought house thatch never maintained. What will be the best to seal the roof until such time to replace the whole roof with tiles? I have 3 problematic areas of about 45m² above windows where I think the slope is too little, when it rains it starts dripping through. I'm thinking to use Rubber sealant over these areas to buy time or is there any other way except using a tarp over the roof.
i have requested many contractors to seal my roof but have failed to do so, issue is the 3 bedrooms, my house has pressed ceilings when it rains i can hear drops of water from roof to ceiling but can't see the water marks, there are solar panels installed it could be there are gaps where water is entering

For clarity and emphasis, the bedroom continues to flood whenever it rains due to a persistent leak inside the wall, specifically behind the built-in wardrobe. The structural damage is significant and worsening. The walls are damp, large internal cracks have formed, and Mold has now developed extensively inside the cupboard and surrounding areas.
We currently have a flat roof. An architect is drawing up new plans for us. The plan is to replace the roof with a sloped roof. We need advice on the materials available. We like the idea of stone coated steel tiles or metal roof tiles. I attached some draft plans. It is not final yet and it will take some time to get it approved.
