Good day, I am currently with another tax company for 3 registered businesses that I have. 1 is dormant for now, another is trading but has not made any income yet and the third is the PTY I use to invoice my US employers and then pay myself salaries and the only one making money at the moment. Until I begin making an income revenue stream from the other two, I am paying everything out of pocket. I need a complete quote that shows what I would be paying monthly for general accounting, all the returns (as is with 0 zero on 2 of them) and financial statements I would need to do. Also let me know if you provide Xero subscriptions or not. If not, I will just go directly with them should I decide to move.

My company was actively trading between August to September . The company became dormant since then. The company tax affairs were handled by an Accountant but only my VAT status is complaint. I had outstanding returns for Income Tax (penalty R ) and PAYE (estimated R 42 ). I have since submitted returns but need to do reconciliations (EMP) and to tie up an loose ends as I did not keep proper documents in the beginning eg salary advices, IRP5 certificates etc
