One section of the roof is licking
just need to remove thatch one and put tile one
We would like to have some maintenance done on our thatch roof as well as leakages that need to be sorted out

A semi-detached house with both sections needing the following: (1) replace damaged roof sheets attached to the other section; (2) repair, plaster and skeem damaged kitchen wall; (3) strip and replace damaged kitchen ceiling (4) plaster and paint wall on neighbour's side; (5) fit flashing and waterproof side wall (6) fix and secure leak on kitchen roof (7) replace kitchen ceiling (8) repair all damaged walls.
We are extendig the front rooms of our house and was told that we need to redo the trusses of our house. Would need guidance as to best way to approach project.
