I am looking to install a small fence on top of a wall, it needs to be tall enough to stop a dog from jumping over it or being able to escape. I am not too sure about the length of then fence I would need someone to come take proper measurements.
I have a 3 room house, consisting of 2 bedroom and Dining room and Kitchen in 1 Room , so i want to separate the Dining room and Kitchen , extent a little bit to have the kitchen separate, without the house losing its shape. I am looking at creating and outdoor patio, approximately 20 squared meters, I will lay the slab and the construction for the roof will need support in the front (Pillars or Steel) but will be against a 5 Meter boundary wall as support on the back, this is urgent i am just looking at costing at the moment. Concrete slab or Tile Roof Please see attached picture which will give you an idea.
I currently have 2 separate doors outomated with one centered Gemini motor. The current roll-up steel doors are old and grinding it out every time we open it. The doors either have to be replaced with 2 new doors, or have to be replaced with one solid door with a new motor. The current motor is however fine. I need advice and a quote to take an informed decision to make a change-over. Uncertain ito steel or alluminium and price/quality difference. Please contact me.
We're interested in buying a house that is in the area we want but is too small. Our idea is to extend from the existing braai room to create the space for a larger living room and dining room and for the kitchen to then extend out into part of the existing living room. We would also need to add a study which we think could be built behind the garage and provide direct access from the home to the garage. We would also need a pool. Overall the extension would probably be around 30m2.
I need a plan for a house including a Cinder block fence around it. My plot is on a slope, so I need some sort of a feature along the fence for heavy rain water to be redirected away from the fence. I would like the house to be a large Open plan structure. Only one large dormitory style bedroom for 6 three-quarter beds along the opposite walls And a sliding door leading onto the patio. I would like 2 bathrooms against the walls opposite each other. An L shaped kitchen and island in the left hand corner and a fireplace in the right hand corner as you come in the front door of the house.

I already have drawn up plans, that has been rejected twice by council. Few changes to be made which current architect did not make on my request. Requirements, open ceiling for living area and kitchen, no scullery. No double front door, but a swivel door. No windows where the fireplace is except for patio doors. No down lighters, single lights in rooms and bathrooms, and 3 lights throughout kitchen and living area (I have photos of what I want).
