I have a few slabs/pavers I just set down in my small garden, to see what it would look like. There is also a small area I'd like to cover with artificial grass. Good day, At my current property I have 1x Luxpower 5kw Hybrid Invertor, 1x Volta Stage 1 Battery and 10x panels (not sure of w). This is enough to power my geyser, borehole pump, pool pump and everything else and lasts during the night in summer (need to buy some elc during winter). Moving to a new place without a pool pump and borehole pump. Looking for a similar a setup, with either 8x panels or maybe a bigger battery (or two of the same depended on cost). My mother has a situation. She verbally agreed with my aunt 20 years ago, for her to take her yard and shack around , the aunt will take the family home. But they signed papers with the previous councillor but lost the documents. Over the years they struggled to change ownership to my mother from my aunt. Now the lawyers they attended recently said the names cannot be changed because the house is under the manucipality name and not my aunts name as it was an RDP. It has to be changed to her name before it can be changed to my mother. So the title deed is with the manucipality and not in my aunt's name. So I need clarity on that matter so that I know how to help her.

Hi just that my son biological father has not been present for 7 years ...5 years ago we reach out as there was a clinical mistake made we apologized nd tried to get them involved he refused to in these years we have not forced them to do anything ...the biological father then said he wants ntn to do with the child and for us to respectfully leave him alone as we did he i jave all tje messageas to when we reached out to him nd his family ..now we have given them opportunity to come back into his life ..but now it's become demanding and threatening with alot of entitlement also he asked to be apart of the child life ..not the other way around..also the biological father very narcissistic and like to play the victim they have only been present 6 months and are now trying to poison the child nd run our house hold by constantly tell us what we need to do ... The biological father as well as his grandfather very narcissistic has no respect with communication or anything concerning Haydon .. I have then reached out to a lawyer That has explained to me to stop all communication and visitation As the biological father at this point has no legal rights and has to go and apply for it as he has not been present for 7 years and also has no proof.of paternity in this case His supposed lawyer explained the same to him ..but lies to us nd tell us Lawyers wants us to send medical records which we trying ro understand what does that have to do with the case ...he was advised that if he goes to the lawyers everything that they need they will contact me as we knw procedures ..I also have those.messages saved and printed I was also advice to get a protection order as we have explained that when he does not get his way he either threatens us or then tells Haydon he is not safe with Me nd he should not worry they are going to take him away This has now instilled fear and intermidation on Haydon to a point that he doesn't not want to go there anymore.. And let's just say the biological father does not take things very well if he does not get his way ..
