ECOip one of Procompare’s recommended Solar installation companies has given me the worst experience of my life. I initially had excellent support from Lance Dickson from ECOip but the wheels fell off as soon as I paid the deposit. Lance doesn’t take my calls nor replies to my watsapp or emails. They insist on 95% payment upfront and chose to only pay once materials are delivered to site. When they eventually delivered, materials to the value of 21 k was not delivered. I decided to cancel my contract with them due to their incompetence and mostly lack of communication. I sent my acceptance in writing on 13th June for my refund. They haven’t answered to my mail and I still haven’t received my refund. I will now have to go legal to recover my money should I not have a response today. I want to advise those reading this review to carefully consider using ECOip for your solar installations without a firm contract in place with punitive measures in place for non conformance. I would also request Procompare to take the necessary measures against ECOip to ensure dissatisfied customers and a poor reflection of Procompare based on my first experience through their selection of contractors. I will not be using Procompare again for any other services in the future.

Want to upgrade old wired system to fully wifi and cctv system for property currently on armed response adt for last 27 years.
