I owe SARS R for past provisional tax. I started a new job in Feb and received my IRP5 from my employer. I have been retrenched and will be unemployed from July 31- Sept 15. I need some guidance on a performance management system. I only do performance reviews once a year, due to how time consuming it is. I would prefer to do them quarterly, but for that I need a better process. My focus is on our finance function, but I also have to Manage our HR function. Time constraints causes me not to focus enough on performance management. It would not be feasible to employ a full time HR manager. Our Payroll are sorted, and we have Labour consultants to deal with any employee situations. I am only looking to improve our Performance Management.
Initially, we have manhole where the manhole ring and cover site higher the existing ground level. The same manhole cover and ring were collected from another sewer manhole which has vacant land surrounding it (located in the same estate). This is an inconvenience for the resident of that stand as this removes much need space to park and manuvre vehicles on the stand. The manhole was previously left open but since the house was under construction and to achieve occupation, the temporary solution was to place the manhole ring and cover on top of the manhole. We are looking for a contractor who can procure and install the manhole ring flush with the existing ground level. I have attached a picture of the manhole ring. The Supplier recommended ductile iron DSΦx90 c/o Φ C, and recommends the following installation procedure: • Manhole ring removal, • place a layer of concrete mix around the manhole ring, make sure the surface of manhole cover to be the same level as surrounding paving bricks, • place the manhole cover on the ring, • pour the concrete mix around the frame of manhole cover, make the surface smooth, • place the paving bricks around. • Hence, we are looking for a quote for the following: 1. procurement and installation of the recommended manhole cover, flush with the existing ground level (same level as the ground level). 2. Removal and placement of the existing manhole to its initial sewer manhole. Please advise if you need further information.
Please will you give me a quote on a swimming pool . The hole is already dug, 5 x 3 - Clay ground. The previous person who built it never put plaster on the brick and the fibre glass started bubbling and peeling off from the bricks. We reside in Potch. Can you come out and give us a quote please? The unit is about 90 square metres in total. The job will involve painting walls and ceilings and soffits in the lounge and kitchen. Much of the kitchen walls and bathroom walls is tiled, so these areas do not need to be painted. The lounge dining room and kitchen are open plan, There are skirting boards in most rooms about mm in height and these need to be painted white with a paint that can withstand bumps from brooms and vacuum cleaners. We want all the walls to be a pale green and the ceilings and soffits white. The total area of walls, ceilings and soffits is about square metres. There are five wooden doors which need to be painted white. The doorframes are metal and also need to be white. None of the cupboards and wooden paneling need to be painted. There are a few minor areas in walls that need to be patched. I am not looking for the cheapest quote. I would like the paint to be of a medium quality but the finish needs to be of high quality. The ceilings in the bathrooms need to be painted with a special kitchen and bathroom paint which is waterproof. The apartment has sliding doors and windows which do not need to be painted.

Brief facts: The incident occurred at a small private house party (7-8 people) with heavy alcohol consumption. The complainant was extremely intoxicated and fell down the stairs on her own. I did not push, shove or make physical contact with her. I only stepped aside to avoid contact when she approached aggressively. Only one witness (her friend) is willing to support her version. Other witnesses at the party are either refusing to make statements or claim they don’t remember anything. Police have only my first name initially. They visited my family home, spoke to my mother and sister, called my girlfriend, and also went to the host’s house. No arrest has been made. I have not yet given any formal statement and wish to exercise my right to silence until properly advised. I need your guidance on: Whether and how to give a warning statement. If I should attend the station with you present. How to coach my family on minimal responses to police. Overall strength of the case and best strategy to have it withdrawn or closed. We are renting and signed a year contract, the landlord gave us a 2 month notice we need to find a new place cause she's selling the house, But she told multiple people she's going to put us out so she can move into the flat and her children in the house, She also doesn't want to pay our deposits back

We would like a 3m x 6m pool, with a 1,5m depth all ends. We are looking at Marbelite, as we'd like a "walk-in" ramp with rail along one side of the pool for my mom to enter the pool without steps. There should still be steps on one end for everyone else. Please make the ramp 0,5m wide, and the pool 2,5m wide. The ramp must run smoothly from the surface.
