So "No Objection Forms " will be necessary, but not a problem because of good neighbors. I want to do it within Building Code Planning Regulations.
I would like to build residential units of bachelor flats, one bedroom and two bedrooms in Bethanie for the miners and low-to-medium earning workers around there. Total units should be 16 on the property purchased. Units must include basic facility needs such as a toilet/bathroom in each.
