Hello, I'm looking to rent my condo - 3 bed / 3 bath. I'm ideally looking for a long term rental but short term will work as well. The condo is in Upper Gardens and has a great view of Table Mountain. Only 3 condos in the building. I live in the US and will be arriving in Cape Town in mid-Jan. I plan to get the property set up for rental starting on 1 April . I'll need a management company to find tenants and also manage the operations.

Hi We are coming to oudtshoorn for our national cheerleading champs. I have about 70 athletes coming with me. I am looking for a company to do breakfast lunch and dinner. I am waiting for confirmation of dates but it will be one of the 2 weeks mentioned above.
