2 bedroom apartment ; the tenant exited but left the place in a state . the bedrooms need replacement lamps and bulb Kitchen and bathroom - Id like fluorescent LEDs fitted . The geyser has an isolator switch which needs to be replaced and relocated. Currently its too close to the tap.
