Initially professional and punctual and responsive

After getting paid for drawing up plans and submitting to council, we have been begging for quotes for a month. Company Ignores whatsapp messages and making promises to send quotes but not delivering. No valid reasons. I have to constantly send follow ups and reminders. This caused the delay to our project which was to start 15 October.
