We reached out to Ennos projects to help us finish a renovation of our boundary wall that another contractor had failed to complete. Mr Khumalo was responsive and very efficient. He came to us with professional advice and expertise on how to rectify the botched job so that we had a good quality product at the end. He and his team were efficient, reliable and communicative. First thing first. When I requested the quotation, he was very quick to respond like any other contractor. He showed me pictures of the work he previously did.

1. I hired the guy for building, house painting, floor and bathroom tiling. 2. We drew up a payment plan. The same payment he never complied to as he would frequently come to ask for more money because of "urgent personal issues". Well, I enabled that as I would give him the money, an action I now regret. By the time he "finishes" he was left with less than 5% of the charged amount and was no longer happy to be on-site. When he left, kitchen tiling was not done and it was our agreement as I had to do some kitchen work first. I completed the work and called him back to do the tiling together with other touch-ups (see photos attached). When he arrived for assessment, he started asking for money, indicating that he must pour petrol and and ....I told him, he won't get any because is a job that he already paid for. He promised to come back and finish the job, he never came back. excuse after excuse , "I don't have money, I have no petrol etc". 4. When he left my roof was full of rubble, he didn't bother to clean. I saw it later after he left, who does that?. - Photos attached. The painting of the boundary wall was not done diligently. He used a roller but didn't cover the whole space and never bothered to use a brush. Yes it drizzled while they were painting but he could have attended to it at a later stage- photos attached 5. The interior painting was also not done diligently, I showed him on-site, he knows. But decided not to come back to attend to it.
