Would like to bring under your attention that the newly constructed stairs at checkers by your company are a safety hazard especially for elder people as the tread depth of the stairs are too narrow. My shoes size is no.8 and is hanging over the edge of the steps! I did notify the NHBRC and Checkers Head Office as well as Checkers Management where you are currently working. The toilet is continually running. When opening the top toilet bowl it appears that some of the components in the toilet bowl have come loose. Nothing looks broken just some parts that need to be clipped back together - but i'm not sure how to do it correctly. I am also unable to switch the water off using the water valve attached to the pipe connecting to the bowl.

The roof is leaking and showing green stain and damaging the ceiling, we would like to remove the ceiling and replace it with a new one and the roof placed properly to prevent water from dripping. The doors in most rooms of the house has been disabled and we want to replace a new door for the rooms, the cupboards in the kitchen are removed because they are too old to function and needs to be replaced with a new cupboards and the lights in the kitchen have not been working, nit sure what the problem is. The toilet is no longer flushing, we need a new toilet flusher and we also need tiles for some of the rooms that don't have tiles.
