I was unjustly evicted from a property I'm renting by the landlord, immediate eviction though Im currently out of south Africa. Teachers tried to wrote me letters for the motivations stated, the child when she lives with the father she alright but when she is with the mother, the child she even comes to school without books and school uniform and even a lunch. But the magistrate Retief J ruled against me, and ordered that the child must stay at friend place, provided the mother comes to sleep with the child everything. None of those never happened, and the mother of the child condemned the court order by refusing me with access to see the child. Please assist me, where you are capable of winning this case.
