I need to convert my swimming pool into a greenhouse going through 5 phases. Phase 1: Converting a part of the pool into a water storage solution with a waterfall that flows into the pool. During this phase a foundation needs to be built to support the second phase. Phase 2: Construction of the ground cover with a staircase leading downwards to access the water storage. Phase 3: Construction of the greenhouse over the pool. This phase includes the installation of 4 solar panels on the greenhouse. Phase 4: Installation of solar unit to power the appliances in the Greenhouse. Phase 5. Irrigation connection to the rest of the garden using the water storage built in the pool.
Hi there, I would like to renovate my apartment in Sea Point - it is an older building and apartment with lots of potential. I would like to do a full reno on the bathrooms, change the flooring, painting, cornices and skirting boards, doors, it doesnt have any down lights in ceiling so those need to be installed as well as moving the oven in the kitchen and adding a cupboard
We have all walls and roof structure up, May have to replace a 56m² (existing is thin IBR) section with new and a smaller part of 15m² (existing is asbestos)with colourbond. Then we looking at doing the bathroom(shower, toilet, basin) we looking at laying a floor either in screed or tiling. Electrical and plumbing to be checked and redone. Plaster and screening the walls aswell. Sliding doors and 2x doors and stacking window.

I am looking to purchase a sqm plot in Eye of Africa. Upon it, I’d like to build a family house with a total of at least 6 bedrooms. Two will be in suite while the other 4 bedrooms will share two bathrooms, each with a bath and shower. The house must have a total of four garages by way of two double door garages, be an open plan house but single story. There should be a kitchen, lounge, dining room, study room, a normal pool, to which the house should have walls enclosing it. The remainder of the exterior should be lawn and trees, with other details to be discussed with the building company.
