My flushing handle is broken and can't use it to flush the toilet.

When I flush the toilet I need to flush twice in order for everything to go down the drain and the water fill right to the top of the bowl when flushing
Put up shelf in garage above head height to store suitcases Attach latch type lock to garage door that interleads into house Move hinges on 2 cupboard doors on bathroom vanity and re-hang the doors Replace heavy drawer in laundry with a light drawer (or basket drawer) - will require new runners as well. Similar thing in kitchen cupboard under sink. Wire basket drawer keeps falling off runners Small steps required at bottom of alleyway between us and neighbours. Old wooden stairs broke and its very high to have to jump down to get to wash line Some areas of deck around pool have collapsed. Need to be lifted and re-attached. Possibly a few planks might need replacing in a few areas on deck.
