Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.

I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. I'd like to build a 3 room house (with an open plan preferably) in Limpopo, Jane Furse. The house must have at least 1 bed room, 1 bathroom & an open space that I can divide in two for a living room & kitchen. I have at least 5 plans that I need quotes for so that I can decide which to build considering my budget. Also, I'd like to start my building project by October this year.
Want to build a drywalled spray booth. Size 6 (L) x3 (W) x2.5 (H). There is an existing brick wall for the one side. Two doors 2mt in height. A sealed window on the 6mt wall. To include lighting. To include fans for air in and an extractor for air out. Contractor would have to provide plans to the municipality and get necessary approvals from the municipality. Need this done in the shortest time possible.
I currently have an older flat that I am looking to do a full remodeling on. This includes painting etc. But I wish to focus on the bathroom in particular. The bathroom currently has a shower installed, I would like to know what it would cost me to have the shower removed and a bath installed instead with shower facility as well.
Require quotes for a bathroom and separate toilet renovation atm. Once the building plans are in place and approved, we would require quotes for an external granny flat/garage conversion also. Afterwards we would like to also renovate the rest of the main house, but all to happen is stages/phases due to people still occupying the premises.

4 bed, 2 on suite, lounge, dinning room, kitchen. Exc The builder has to be experienced with reinforced concrete work. We will be doing the furnishings on the inside like the taps and basins and such as well as the furnishings on the outside. We will need the builder to assist with plumbing and electrical but not much else. We are only willing to go up to R2,5 million in total for the building of this house.
