How much does an architect cost in South Africa?
The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) publishes "standard rates" based on a price per square meter when using a building cost of R12 500 per m².
Deck and build on a portion of the existing building that was not extended. The area is 8m X 3m. Not a big or fancy extension. Basically, the extension involves decking of the area, three external wall. One dividing internal wall to make two room, with one inter leading door. Access to the new rooms will be from the existing building. Each room will have one window. Preferred contact time - after 4PM.
