• Describe the problem you are experiencing (in more detail): I have a flat panel solar geyser with 150 litre tank installed in the ceiling above a bathroom, that was incorrectly connected by a Plumber from Pennington and does not work properly. The geyserwise controller does not work properly either and the panel and battery that power it are not sufficient as it keeps going flat and switching off and losing its time. There is a 150 watt panel and 105 A'H battery close by, so the geyserwise can be connected to that battery which will solve the switching off issue. I need a plumber that properly understands solar geysers and the connections as two plumbers and R6000 later it still does not work properly. The geyser is in place and works on electricity, not on solar as intended which defeats the object of having solar. The electricity should be a backup, not the main source of power.
