Please advise of you can assist with an afternoon braai for pax halal. It is an open plot so advise om power and water requirements.
We would like two options between either a staff braai or lunch. Year end event will be held at Xtreme Go-Karting in Stellenbosch. We are open to any ideas you might have.
We would to have a lamb spit braai to cater to 20 people at our premiums, including side dishes if available We would require a chef to handle all the food and have ready by 13:00 on the day.

The CWDM requests quotations from service providers able to supply the following: Starters: A selection of home baked breads and spreads ( real butter, pates, cheeses and jams). To be served at 11h30 Mains: A traditional lamb spit braai, served with roast baby potatoes and onions, and 2 Salads. To be served at 13h30 Salads should be: Traditional Noodle Salad and a Greek Salad. *Please note that there are two vegetarian guests. Please prepare a separate dish, i.e: Vegetarian Lasagne. The Service provider is to supply crockery, cutlery and plates. This is going to be a simple, small function for teachers only. There will be no more than 60 guests. We are wanting to have three courses: starter, main and desert. We are open to menu ideas.
Nothing extra, just a simple end of year function.
I would like lunch platters that is all handheld food. No seating available.
