Access to my property in my absence can be arranged. I have a damp and waterproofing issue on a first floor patio at my home in Constantia. I require an approved and accredited building contractor with experience in this field to remove the tiles on the patio and affected plaster work on the exterior and interior walls, apply waterproof membrane, retile and replaster where necessary. Removal and re-installation of the ballastrade on the patio will also be required in order to properly complete the waterproofing. Estimated work will be about 3 weeks with enough time for the plaster and waterproof membrane to dry thoroughly before reiling and painting the affected areas. Work can only begin in second half of September or when weather is warm and dry enough.
