Yes, I was sentenced to 30 years by Pretoria High Court and granted only leave to appeal sentence. I wrote my appeal from prison not knowing that I should first start with petition, the High Court gave my papers to Legal Aid SA and they went to Supreme Court of appeals without consulting with me and my 30 years sentence was changed to Life imprisonment. Please help me because Life sentence is too heavy for me.
Car accident between my daughter and a Putco bus. Putco send me an email stating 50% to be paid. But also mentioned apportionment damage act. The vehicle is written off by the insurance. we are having our year end function on the 12th of June and are looking for an event planning company to do the deco. The theme for this event is Safari, more specifically East African Safari. the general idea is to have a more relaxed event to match the safari theme. we would like the venue draped to like a safari tent. No formal tables or chairs, but we would like seating (matching/ similar to those you would find in an east africa safari lodge, and bean bags to sit on as well.
