Paul seemed very professional and proficient in the first 2 weeks. Once I handed him all my documents, I had to email or call him a few times to get a response. Besides that, he completely messed up my my tax returns. He filed my business tax return under my personal tax return, leaving me with owing SARS a large sum of money. He also mentioned to me verbally that he didn't really check all my expenses for the business, he just thumb sucked amounts and put it into the financial statement! This is extremely unprofessional! He could have landed me in a lot of trouble! I have since found a new, reliable accountant who rectified all of Pauls wrong doings and I even got a pay-out from SARS instead of owing them anything. A word of advice, HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH PAUL OR FASSTRAC!

Good morning, I am at my wits end with SARS. My personal income tax changed from a payout of R32 , to a penalty of R23 .
