I need someone to finish my bathroom, I've had a builder whom I've paid a lot of money to who didn't finish the job and is absolutely useless. There are issues with bathrooms that I have the main bathroom is unfinished and it's literally a building site. He did really bad tiling and there are a number of issues that need resolving.
Hi, Our backdoor aluminum doors is needing to be replaced. We have a leaking issue where the we cant find the source of the leak which comes through the top of the backdoor but we can see that it has caused mold and serve cracks. I'm needing a quote for the door to be replaced, if possible the source of the leak to be detected and what that fix would cost. Can you advise if this is possible to provide a quote for above?

We are looking at potentially dividing the house into two, (top and bottom) so we can rent out the bottom as a unit for long term renters. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a living area downstairs but to rent it out for long term renters we would need to add a small kitchen. potentially something like a kitchenette. Because in the long term the house won't need two full kitchens we would just want the bottom kitchen to have the basics like a sink, a place for a washing machine a fridge and small place you can chop food and place a microwave/oven.
We have a 42 sqm granny flat as part of the existing house. There is currently two bedrooms in the flatlet, we require a 3 - 5 meter interior wall, that separates the one bedroom and living room to be demolished to make the kitchenette and living space larger. The one window in the new kitchenette will have to be reduced in size. We then want the necessary plumbing and electrical lines to be moved to the new kitchenette.
