I am a 25 year old female who would like to reduce the admin of multiple debit orders, and clear my debt into one payment with one facility. I am an accountant , still have a good credit record (as finance professionals need to maintain a good record to remain employed). I want to consolidate my debt early.
I need help paying of my existing debt please as I was under debt review and the debt counselor didnt pay my creditors for 6 months so I had to sell my vechicle to pay all those missed payments and settle them i didnt have enough funds to close them all im only left with 2 accounts i am no longer under debt review that's why i want to do this and also open my cash more to accommodate paying back the loan when my debt is settled I can give the 2 accounts that I want settle there no need for funds to get paid into my account..once that's done I want to get a vechicle that's my first priority right now...all my accounts is up to date ive been paying my creditors myself the last couple of months all Im asking is just for a little help ive been diong the best I can the last couple of months now im at a point where I just need that extra little help so I can move foward in life ive been in the same place for almost 2 years now not moving forward the help will be much appreciated and ill be so greatful ive been struggling so much and to get help is extremely difficult..my bank account got hacked last months the bank didnt help me with funds of lost so I had to take small loans to pay my debt is didnt have a choice and i didnt my accounts to go into arrears my credit score is average I probably won't qualify everytime I reach out for help then I get told about debt review i am not overindebt bad luck has just been hitting me from all sides.. All want i want is to pay off my existing debt and get my bakkie back. I really need this help PLEASE!!
Due to personal financial issues I accumulated various payday loans to resolve the issue because I did not want a long term contract however now I have a few payday loans all 6montha and unable to make all the repayments. Is it possible to settle all my payday loans for me to have 1 repayment. Total repayment for all payday loans is currently more than R month.
Our dealership borrowed a vehicle for a customer completing an indemnity form. Two day's after the made an accident and write off the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to our dealership and the customer was liable for the cost of R . But out of good will the company resided to assist them because they did not have the money right away to pay, JJ auto paid for the bill and made a payment arrangement with our client. Also with the insurance the client signed that they will be responsible for the third party payment and the driver only had her license no longer then 3 months and they need to pay the amount of R . Now after 3 months they did not kept to there arrangement and take no effort to pay. After numerous phone calls we don't get their co-operation. We want to find out how much is your charges and what steps we need to take.

Hi, I would like consultation on what options I have during these difficult times of financial difficulties. Ideally I would like to reduce my home loan repayment amount and increase the term on it. But my fear is that won't this put me in a disadvantage for future transactions. Surely in these current times restructuring debts, there are many options available without disadvantaging to poor post COVID 19.
patient came in to do fillings at our practice. We have claimed from her medical aid, they had mentioned that there was a portion that was not paid as her funds are exhausted and she is now liable for the outstanding amount. We have contacted the patient several times to get her to pay but had no luck in finding a solution.
This woman sold an item for me then conveniently 'lost' her wallet with her bank cards in it. Then 'someone' took money out of her account. She acknowledged the debt and said she'd pay me as soon as she sold other items on behalf of other people and made her commissions..we'll she ghosted me, stopped reading/replying to WhatsApp messages and never answered my calls. Basically she's a scammed. I've had a letter of debt sent too 2 addresses I had and both came back she no longer lives at either address. She continues to advertise items for sale via WhatsApp....
