Hi. Recently bought a house and there's no wiring or DB board. There are outlet points but no outlet, no light switches and no lights (there are holes for the plugs and switches already) It is a 3 room house and a granny flat at the back that has a small kitchen and bedroom and bathroom. We live in an older house. Our washing machine is working quite well, but we need someone to come out and check because our washing sometimes comes out with yellow-ish or orange stains. Our HWC switch on the main electric panel has been tripping for the passed week, I thought I repaired it by resetting the main and earth switches but the problem persisted days later. I noticed that the resistance of the HWC (geyser) switch is weak, which I think is the cause of it immediately falling down once pushed up.
