Repair of leaking water meter and incoming pipe

Require a quote for a repair for a water meter with a leak on the incoming pipe from the main in the street, to entering the meter. The meter is old apparently and the brass or copper pipe seems to be rusty and is clearly leaking at the joint. It possibly has more leaks.
